Subject: Grant of Extension of Provisional Recognition
Regarding grant of extension of provisional recognition from Class I to Secondary level under DSEAR, 1973 beyond 31.03.2012 till 31.03.2022.
Dear Sir,
This is with reference to your application on the subject cited above. In this regard, the undersigned is directed to convey the approval of the Competent Authority for grant of extension of provisional recognition of the school from Class I to Secondary level under DSEAR, 1973 beyond 31.03.2012 till 31.03.2022, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Final outcome of the notification of MoUD, Govt. of India.
2. That the school shall make payment of salary and other admissible allowances to its teaching/non-teaching staff as per ongoing CPC through bank/RTGS and comply with the provisions of Section 10(1) read with Rule 125 of DSEAR, 1973.
3. That the school shall comply with Clause 14 of order No.F.DE/15(56)/ACT/2009/778 dated 11.02.09 in regard to maintenance of DRF. School also ensure to follow FN-21 "Accounting by Schools" as issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for proper accounting treatment.
4. That the school shall comply with the provisions of RTE Act, 2009, DSEAR, 1973 and directions/instructions issued by the Department from time to time and pronouncement with respect to maintenance/utilization of schools funds.
5. One more Special Educator shall be engaged as per order dated 19.02.2013 within 03 months after issue of order.
6. That the school shall comply with the orders dated 07.11.17/guidelines of DoE and judicial pronouncements with respect to safety of the students and shall take all necessary steps to this effect.
This issues with the prior approval of the Competent Authority vide U.O. No.NIL/DE dated 09.07.21.
